Stowupland is a popular village, situated approximately 2 miles to the east of the market town of Stowmarket which offers a wide range of amenities including a cinema and a mainline rail station. The Homes 

These contemporary new homes are built to Landex’s usual high specification.  The homes all benefit from good sized private gardens, many with a south or east facing aspect.  This new neighbourhood provides a perfect environment in which to relax and call home.

Greenfields is a south-facing development which fronts onto Church Road, Stowupland.  The village has a good range of local facilities including a Co-op mini market/fuel filling station, post office, butchers, café, fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and two public houses!  There is also a primary and senior school  

Stowupland has a village hall and a church hall, both of which are very well used for a variety of functions or meetings. There is a children’s play park and a village green with a football pitch.
